This is kinda weird because I can't choose to be Denmark, Norway, Finland or so my only choice is Sweden (nothing wrong with Sweden, I am Swedish :P) but I wonder why some can be Norweigans/Danish in the game but I can't

@admiraltibbetts no problem... by the way i had a similair mod for ETW called empire total factions : ETF and i installed it... played as several factions and then all of a sudden every time i try to launch the game as anyone the game stops responding. the EXACT same situation once happened to me with darthmod ultimate commander making it unplayable and forcing me to delete it. is this a version issue? also how well does this mod work? im considering attempting it

Hey I've got a question. I'm playing as grand clombia and I'm playing world domation.Ive almost captured al of north america but I'm running out of time. I forget when you have have to own 50 regions, I think it's 1850. But anyways my question is will I loose the campaigh if I don't own 50 regions by then. If you didn't understand anything I just said then just don't answer back. :/

@milkmade001 If you began the campaign at the year 1783 it should go until 1850. It should stop after that, win or lose. If you don't control 50 regions by the end year, once the turns for that year are finished, you will lose. Hope you win! =D

I have downloaded this on my computer today (I own the game, just downloaded it from Steam :P ), and the mod is downloaded too, can't wait to play as my home country Norway! :D One thing I am wondering about is: How many turns can you play before it ends? I guess it is much less then the original? :/

@TheMetalfreak360 You have about 100 turns as you start at 1783 instead of 1700. But, you can conquer the world in that time. I didn't, because I made stupid mistakes. lol... Good luck and good hunting! =D

@helgefly56 Are you using the Empire Total Factions Mod? If so, which version are you using? And, what are your PC specs? That may be a factor in your crashes as well.

@admiraltibbetts I'm using that one yes. It worked this morning pretty well, but it seems to have the same problems after a while, and now I can't start any campaign at all, including default. It worked after a reboot though. I'm just getting an error.

I have an i7 860 @ 2.8GHz, GTX260 Special Edition (1792 MB), 8GB RAM and Windows 7 64-bit.

@helgefly56 Well, it's definitely not your PC specs causing the problems. Which version of the Mod are you using? There is a version 2.1 out now. Uninstall the old one, if you have that, and install the newest version.

Do you start the ETF Mod before you play? That has to be running while you play.

@admiraltibbetts I have 2.1 yes. I start the mod I wan't to try, and then it opens the game. When loading a campaign it just stops with an error. Now however after a reboot, it seems to work, but I will try it out more before I say it for sure :) Feel free to add me on Steam if you wan't.

Actually, Oslo was a city before Christiania was even buid :P, but it was destroyed in a fire. but the danish king rebuilded it closer to Akershus fortress. so Oslo is Oslo, just on in a other place! :P

i have a problem playing as norway, as they only have one dock, which can only be one trading port. now, i stole denmark, sweden and island and made more ports, but i could'nt get more trade routes! Heelp!

Norway did exist, just under denmark, as denmark had never counqered it. It just happen under the Kalmar union, where the last nowegian Royal lady married a danish dude :(

@Greesovith Not owned but working together with but with Denmark as the dominant power. Kalmar was a country from 1397 to 1814. And since Norway was only in the union because The Black Death crushed them in to dirt and was in need of help from Denmark, they dissolved and Norway joined the the Scandinavian Union with Sweden and made the country Scandinavia from 1814 to 1905. But back to the game. The map IS wrong. Just look at Finland. It was not under Sweden at that time. lol =3

Norway kicks ass. The only reason we were under Denmark, and Sweden was because 3/4 of our population died under the Black Death plague.

Anyway, thats wrong. Not that much of Sweden and Denmark died. Norway got that much affected because of the infected british ship.... I'm sure some ppl in Sweden and Denmark died too, but not that many, no....
