hell yeah apartments in midtown to lower manhattan are expensive!....definitely have to living comfortably to have an apartment that nice in that area. Unless it is covered by your internship.

My 5 year old loves them! Once, she grabbed my hand take me in one with her@ the hospital. She was playing and I began panicking and screaming in front of everyone. lol

Ur lucky to have an apt way up there lol. EVERY complex in our area-well lets just say theres no need for elevators-THEY ALL only have just 2 floors LOL

Have fun in NYC, I used to live in a high rise there too, it takes some time to get used to. Your apartment is very big and nice compared to NYC apartments! Try to stay away from the subway in the summer, it's so hot and stinks.
