A T-1A Jayhawk (Mitsubishi Diamond) out of Vance Air Force Base in Enid, OK most likely. They were probably shooting a practice ILS approach, i.e., the pilot wasn't looking out the window. That's why the were a little off the RWY CL. Here's a little info about the T-1A from Vance's website: Used in the advanced phase of specialized undergrad training for students selected to fly airlift or tanker aircraft - also used to support navigator training (USA and foreign services as well).
@joewaldo1 im not sure of the runway....its just the main one they use. There is a really good spot on the South side of the airport righ off Memorial Drive on the right just passed the rr tracks. YOu can get where they come about 100 feet over your head. Just depends on the weather. During the summer the mostly land from the North by MoHawk Park.
