BFGoodrich g-Force R1 tire test at VIR

I switched from BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW NT tires to Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110 tires and the hankooks were much better than the bfs. i have a SRT4 and with the bfs i would burn out most of second gear have less traction in the track and slower stop times but with the hankooks i wouldnt burn out at all in second have more traction stability less noise and stopped faster. bfs 300 treadwear, hankooks 280 tread wear, not talking shit they were just awesome

Just got the Grassroots Motorsorts magazine and they had Track testing the latest crop of race tires, 1st place BFG R1, 2nd (tie) NT01 Z214 Hoosier R6 came in last.

i recall zagi swapping to these at the R32 socal trackday and instantly gaining something like 3 seconds per lap. incredible.

The improvement was huge, he was running avons prior. the tire profile of the two were completely different, the avons ran tall. could of been a combo of things, but his time improved bounds.
