I think the overall context of this speech was about freedom of the press and the importance of a transparent goverment. Great speech, but unfortunately JFK pissed off a lot of people who want to keep the status quo and all the secrets that went along with it

This is a lot of BS. His family obtained their wealth through illegal means. His 'Security' should have started in his own home, by his wife, while he engaged prostitutes i the white house. There is an interesting test that lists the personal habits and morals of several well known world leaders, without naming them. It then asks the test takers, to choose the person they would most likely want to lead theri country. When the resutls are in, people are shocked to find out that most people have chosen Adolf Hittler. FRD came in dead last. Intersting test.

Secret societies: The Federal Reserv and CIA. I think he held this speech 5-6 months before "they" killed him.

On June 4th, 1963, John F Kennedy, signed executive order 11110 that returned the U.S. government the power to issue currency without going through the Federal Reserve. JFK was assasinated five months later and the executive order has never been repealed. His determination to end the FED most likely really pissed the banksters of, and my view is that "they" decided to get rid of him.
