  • the capital city of french is bressels in 40s

    that very correct

  • Who wants to be a millionaire in 40s would be a show I would actually like to watch

  • The "Who would like to win £100?" sketch is fantastic. Not just in the intelligent and sharp way it parodied Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, but also for the sheer attention to detail of the period.

When Peter Serafinowicz wants to set up a sketch in a certain era / decade he always produces spotless results.

  • Why does the Christmas pudding look so good to eat? ¬¬ Peter Serafinowicz you should replace God!

  • "silly town, the very thought of it...hihi"

  • Wait a second, did they even have T.V. back in the time of telegrams?

  • @ShadowSlayer103 oh dear.

  • @ShadowSlayer103 Well, they did have telegrams long before TV, but they still sent them in WWII when TV had been invented.

  • I could listen to him do the Chesterfield ad forever and ever. It makes me feel like Fran in that episode of Black Books, listening to him do the shipping news

  • idk why, but in this sketch, Peter reminds me so much of Stewie from Family Guy
