@zelarian actually from a chef's POV, Ben had a big mouth and did a great job building up his ego and telling everyone how great he was but he was very inconsistant when it came to service and therefore unreliable. IMO Ben and Andrea were very even and on par as far as skill and service are concerned, where as Paula and Danny are of a completely different callibre.
