to us.. sausages are not very important.. we eat sometimes like burgers etc etc.. polish people are OBSESSED with sausage lol they worship the holy polish sausage and its all mighty power. why you think they need to build so many shops in UK??

I'd say it's pretty good, but you should have pinned her down on exact amounts of spices. (That's the part I always have problems with.)
