    Does anyone know "xx hand" in the title of this video is carpal tunnel in English?

  • @rosehouse32 This title is not about carpal tunnel Syndrome.

  • @kuuxing Thank you for reply. Do you have any exercise that can heal carpal tunnel? I feel the numbness from the fingers tips to the shoulders in both hands almost 24 hours a day, does this exercise help?

    I found deep tissue message help but so expensive, the doctors here contributed nothing on my problems.

    You can try some movements for example 18.矯正脊椎-烏龜式, 13.五十肩 板機手 網球肘 媽媽手-1,2 and 32手部自我按摩.

  • 把这个体操公开真的很感谢。我是2手五十肩,(不清楚还是四十肩­?)边看边做了2天,做时有酸痛的感觉,痛得发抖,每次都是忍着­完成。做完感觉舒服点,很期待真的可以治愈好。

  • @toshiko102 蹲下去的那個動作,注意肩膀要平,可請別人幫你注意看看有沒有平­。持續加強會特別疼痛的動作,會有所改善的。
