Good, but I think the stress response is mosty an outcome of the body having too much toxicity for it too handle, which in turn inhibits mitochondria function and therefore energy. The toxicity also affects the stress response due to an insult in the hypothalumus
i don't know but am so tired most times as a college student who also does athletics, long distance to be be exact
