I am aware of two camps. the ones who want to return to more or less no technology. And the hope for some in 'free energy' for help easing burden on earth etc
I also am aware of novelty as McKenna talks about it. that in its own way it 'grows wild' willy nilly
With everything comes a negative and positive. cause we know we cant have one without the other

Yes, there are tradeoffs. I have my doubts about free energy, although i wouldn't want to stop people from making cleaner energy.
