Try and use ur shoulder blades 2 balance the ball on ur neck so it wont roll 2 either side. Ur back shud also b completey straight horizontally. Practice throwing the ball up 2 urself first rather than kicking it and throw it just high enough so that wen u bend down ur head wont hit it as its harder 2 catch it the higher the ball is
