  • There is a funny monologue of William Shatner reciting the words to song Rocketman at comiccon also on you tube, you might think it's funny.

  • I guess if anyone remember's Kirk that far in the future they'll have to name their child James Tiberius Kirk. So some podunk town becomes famous this way just like Metropolis,il. became famous because of Superman. Is there any actual city called Smallville though? There is also a convention in Roswell because of the Aliens who crashed there, of course now someone is claiming the Aliens were Russians. So are they going to make Vodka their official drink?

  • @hydrolito I can't tell you of a Smallville...but I know Superman was born in Norwalk, IA ;) (My home town <3)

  • @hydrolito Heh, Yeah I know. Tons of Supermans. LOL! I meant Brandon Routh. He's so nice...so is his parents. His mom was my teacher and his parents came to my graduation party :3

But you know...no one can beat Kirk...mmmm... ;)

  • @Maeve2011 You say no one can beat Kirk, do you mean Capt. Kirk (William Shatner?) or Kirk Alyn from the 1948 Superman and 1950 Atom Man vs Superman serial movies.

  • @hydrolito Now you're just being a smartass. Let's think about this for a moment...which Kirk do you think we are talking about if we are on a video about the "Future Birthplace of Captain James T. Kirk"?

  • @Maeve2011 We also talked about Superman remember you mentioned his birth place in Norwalk, IA meaning Brandon Routh and I mentioned lots of other actors that played Superman including Kirk Alyn. Born in Oxford,NJ oct.8,1910 and died in 1999. Of course in a survey of best Star Trek starship Capt's Capt. Picard beat out Kirk who came in 2nd, Deep Space 9, Capt. Sisko came in 3rd, Voyager Capt. Janeway 4th, and the Guy from Enterprise and Quantum leap wasn't in the survey at that time.

  • @hydrolito Oh Lord...you really are the dumbest smartass I've ever met...

  • Very Nice editing job.

  • Great!

  • Good one!

  • This is very cool. Haven't heard that old song in a long time. Dr. Demento used to play it.
