My baby eats about three frozen cubes at each feeding. I place them into a small bowl, then microwave them for between 35-45 seconds. Obviously, you want to check the heat, as you don't want to scorch baby's mouth!
If it's too hot, then I add a small amount of rice cereal with some cool water and mix that up. My baby likes her food warm, so this works for me.
Green beans take longer to defrost and bananas go the fastest. So be careful for how long you put them in.
Be careful when introducing to much bananas it will cause constipation especially for a first food
