I saw this show in June 1991 at the Broadway Threatre in NYC - 16 years and five weeks after I saw the actual evacuation of Saigon while I was in the US Navy on the USS Rowan DD-782 right behind the USS Midway, the CV that did a majority of the evacuating. I saw countless empty helicopters being thrown overboard back then, and I remember handing food packages to the refugees.
