Like Kootra has a good thiefing ability, as he gets to the chests first and takes everything

Nova can heal more from food because he is a chef, can also activate rage mode.

Seamus has 10+ to jump, and can get drunk nullifying damage but lowers mobility.

Just Ideas, could add more variety to your game
