Cool feat. I know this could have been faked, but I presume it wasn't. It seems you haven't memorized "the whole book," but the beginnings of each page ( still quite a difficult feat). I would like to try something like this. It's well known that entire books can be memorized- I once saw a Muslim man on TV, reacting to some literacy program, asking "why should I learn to read? I already know the Koran!" A number of ppl hav memorized the Bible, a guy in Hong Kong memorized a large dictionary...
This is simple... he had 3 marked cards and when he "randomly" "" chose three cards he choose his marked cards and this number on cards he prepared and he learned only this page from the book ... and he said he learned whole book but not.
Its only trick with cards nothing more. ! And be SCEPTICAL !
@kotty222 Hey, I'm sorry you're not even kind of close. This can be done live without using cards and the spectator can open the book anywhere they want. I use cards in the video to determine the page number to make the video interactive. As for memorizing the whole book, I leave that open to interpretation, but it's definitely not marked cards, the cards make no difference.
It's not just a trick with cards.. it's a lot more.! And be OPEN !
@R3lapsx Hahah, sorry no. Nothing to do with the card order. Loads of people have said that for the previous version of this too :P. I cant seem to understand how the card order will reveal to me whats in the book :S
@illusionmagic19 have you actually memorised the entire book using a memory system such as Harry Lorayne's memory system? also another question, if you chose 3 cards at random say middle of the deck top of the deck and bottom would that still work??
@R3lapsx Um, i wouldnt like to discuss any methods or anything over here. Inbox me for that. As for the cards, they are not needed for the effect, I'm just using them to make it interactive and people don't think that I opened to a pre-decided page. But for the matter of argument, yes it would work if i picked cards from three different locations.

btw you can throw three dice's and multiply them to get random page number ;)

@PilemZnim I thought of that, but then half the times a 6 and 5 and 4 were coming which was taking the total over 607 so wouldn't work.

you have invented way to memorize books or you have learned it from someone/somwhere?
PilemZnim 7 months ago
@PilemZnim Invented a sort of a method if that makes sense.
