Je pense que mes 36lbs sont a 60-70% de duty cycle et c'est pas conseiller de monter en haut de 80%. J'ai acheté toute les pièces pour me monter un moteur super solide et rouler 15-20lbs de boost, donc c'est pourquoi je me prépare avec les 65lbs. awd is great--- but there is a reason why formula 1, nascar, imsa, etc etc is all rwd.

Now if your talking baja and rally, then yeah awd all the way; but as for acceleration--- the fastest cars for that are all rwd (8,000 hp nhra top fuel drag cars)

awd will get you traction, but also add lots of weight to the car. as far as all around practical performance, cost, and reliability--- rwd is the way to go

I realized this when I bought a rwd drive car and souped the hell out of it, and in comparison---- there is no comparsion!

There's a reason why all race cars starting from almost 100 years ago are all rear wheel drive. (or all wheel drive)

Bahh vue que y'a un Turbo qui spool tres tres vite(T3 Trim '60) pi ue le Swift est pas mal plus léger que une Cavalier Z-24 je dirais que rapport poid puissance le Swift va le torché assez aisément.Anyway ils vont bien se rencontré un de ses jours....un habite a St-Constant et l'autre a Chateauguay sont juste a coté les uns et les autres!

oui mais le swift a un tout petit moteur .. comparé le 3.4L .. meme si le 3400 a un plus gros turbo .. y spool aussi vite si c pas plus .. mais oui c vrai que le swift est plus leger mais .. tu l'as dit toi meme 230 hp aux roues ... 9200 redline sa fait 131 torque si le 230hp est a 9200 ... 131 torque ... t'en rend tu compte .. le moteur 3400 stock en fait 195

230 Hp au roue ses testé sur dyno.... 9200 rpm ses le redline du moteur et non le cut-off.....inquiete toi pas y'en fait beaucoup de torque a cause du turbo ;)..Pour torché facilement des Mustang de l'année et des 350Z et Infiniti G35 tres aisément je crois que il marche en sale le char....ahh et en passant ya faite 13.73 a 110 MPH a Napierville l'été passé....pi y'avais beaucoup trop de wheelspin....avec des slick 12.5 facilment :)

Ouais je l'ai vue le Colt de 400 whp......mais ses pas Street Legal....le gars fait seulement du drag avec!!Pi non y'a pas 130 lbs de torque......y'a presque autant de torque que de hp sérieux.Sinon si y'aurais juste 130 lbs de torque...il allumerais pas les bottines 1-2-3 facilement sure l'alsphalte sec!!

bin alors son redline sert a rien completement, quand tu as autant de torque que de hp, ton shift est supposer etre dans les 7500 (dépendant des gear ratios) .. si tu monte en haut de sa, tu perd tellement de puissance c'est effrayant. j'ai un 3400 avec transmission manuel (environ 180torque au roues) pis j'ai des pneus de marde ... vraiment de marde la .. en premiere j'ai pas de traction si les pneus sont pas réchauffé sinon aucun probleme! (biensur sans dumper la clutch) (voir mes videos)
