There are some really good cards you made here however you need to really update some such as itachi and more so jiriya. You made itachi a bit too strong imo for the card game and also Jiriya should be your strongest sanin hands down due to his sage arts that had pain admitting he could have beat pain if he knew the full secret. Also as said by someone else your cards all need effects with tsunadi having some sort of LP regaining or if in one a spell counter deck.
