  • WoW, thumbs down this motherfucker. He just linkes you to a webpage where you have to pay for his book making you believe he is the true and only Bonsai-Hero-Masta!

  • Anyone starting out in bonsai should do themselves a favor & learn more before expecting trees like the impressive ones in the video. Even for the tiniest mame or shohin, it can take much longer than most begginers' patience.

  • Most of the trees in the pictures you have used are yamadori from the wild. But you only mentioned growing from seed? please explain.

  • bonsai grown from seed will never look like the pictures until long after your dead

  • @skippydeenice

This is an utter fallacy. Starting from seed is a viable method for creating wonderful bonsai - provided you're doing mame or shohin (miniature) bonsai, and not expecting a 8" nebari on a 18" tall juniper.

  • @skippydeenice That is bullshit. Field grown trees can be quite impressive after 10 years.

  • what were does bonsai trees at 1:00 they look amazing

  • @Bankaiuser233 -The plants at 1:00 appear to be boxwood, probablly 'Kingswood', an exceptionally small and slow growing variety. Re other comments on this video, I don't know why wnyone would wqnt to grow bonsai from seed, even for tiny mame. Maybe a few on the side, but most beginners (target audience of this video) will learn little and be BORED right out of the hobby if they start out that way.
