This VISUAL exam is now done without glasses or contacts, I know this because i've carried out this experiment several times myself only last year. Suck it...
@jaeceesta patients wearing glasses should wear theirs when reading the chart since it's a NEUROLOGICAL exam :) it can help distinguish if there is an eye or a brain problem.
