And yeah I used to play BF2 before 2142, it was a great game as well but not since they (rightfully) removed some cool elements such as the barrel 'nade explode on impact. Also, 2142 had better maps, especially the urban maps were simply awesome - very different games every time.
Shame ModWar2/ BadComp2 suck so much balls: Fingers crossed for BF3 (which is actually being developed!)
