@jlh945 medical examiners still have to do an external, cranial and internal exam on the body for the autopsy to be complete even if it's only a drug overdose. just taking a blood sample isn't a full autopsy, u dumb fuck. they can't just take some blood out for it to be an autopsy. the internal exam is cutting a Y incision from both shoulders down to the abdomen and they do that because they still wanna look at the organs and stuff
