i watched this movie yesterday night and got really impressed by the tragic and sad story, but also by this guy acting. its not common to see a famous-good looking-millionaire-singer to play such a great role in a film. he just did it so well, specially at the final scene, it was so real. they all did it great and the movie communicates many feelings and teach us important values in life.. respect to the Markowitz's family

I agree with, I didn't expect him to be as good of an actor as he is. Musicians doesn't always do too well on screen but he definitely exceeded my expectations. I know, from watching interviews previous to the film, that he has great comedic timing but that doesn't always mean acting talent or that it translates well on the silver screen. He's not great but he's good.
