What bike would be best for a guy 6'3"? I've tried a couple different kinds (my friend's 250 and my girlfriend's uncle's old BMW) but they all felt too small. Should I look into a 600 (or similar) despite the cost difference?

@wall2wallmart Im 6'5....and I fit fine on a gsxr 750. And the hayabusa's are great for being as tall as we are. But I would rather go with a cruiser next time around.

@wall2wallmart Higher CC's = Bigger Motors = Bigger Frames = More Comfortable For Bigger Riders. :) You might look at cruisers (Harley, V-Strom) or a KLR. Those sit pretty high.

A tip I think it's pretty good that you didn't meansion is to ride your bike in the wheel trace of of the car infront of you because if there is any debree on the road the car infront of you won't drive on it with his wheel and you will miss it too.

You forgot to mention one thing about the helmet drop, even if you don't see any damage on the helmet itself, it could be damaged from the inside(such as the foam could be cracked, doubt kevlar would crack).
