I use Musclespeed too! I love the pep it gives me. I definitely have more energy and can run with more stamina and far longer without getting tired. I can't work out without it

I checked out your comments about this product, and I'm glad to see a decent review rather than just an advertisement disguised as a review. Many people take supplements without realizing that, its their workout, diet, and vitamins rather than the supplements causing the improvements. People took supplements with phen phen, and now they have heart damage. One of the signs of Phen Phen's (sp?) danger was, it caused a rapid heart beat.
