Wow that was good, like da puff when u shadow cloned and the rasengan lookd kwite good. Only critisicm is that the raseangan appeared almost immediatly and wasnt small 2 big.

it's not actually "rotating". use the fractal noise, twist, and make keys of the evolution so that it changes over time. it'll make it seem like it's rotating
