  • This isn't a real time football game. It plays more like chess where you move each player one at a time on the board. It's slow and don't buy it. Just rent it if you're curious.

  • Worst demo video of all time. It's like showing off a first person shooter by showing the main character doing his morning jog. Show some actual gameplay for crying out loud.

  • the game hasn't been launched yet. the release date is not yet confirmed, and it's for free cause is not an mmo is a cd game with a campaign and things like that, i hink that the online play just cost your xbox live or your internet

  • I never played the miniatures, but I remember playing this on my 486PC... it was an OLD low res version. Funny thing... I installed a DOS emulator so that I could still play it.

    Glad to see that are coming out with a new version!

  • It'd be nice to actually seem some action instead of whatever the hell they're doing, but wow... the graphics look SO GOOD and I've been waiting FOREVER for a new BB game! Looks loads better than the old version and I LOVE that game!

  • I guess you cant really judge this game until its released. I hope they fix the animation as it looks rather sketchy (models look good!!). Still, Ill buy it. Anything Blood Bowl has my dollars.

  • Blood Bowl will be playable in two modes :

     - Real-time : for fast-moving and action-packed matches - Turn-based : for a more strategic style of play.

    A multiplayer mode is also planned so that leagues can be created and managed on-line.

  • If it's gonna be a turn based game it'll be lame. This type of gameplay is nice with dices on a table but not in a video game. How about a fast action gameplay like Blitz the League. That would be blood Bowl.

  • I disagree. I think it would be better turn-based, true to the original game. Anything else is not BloodBowl. Maybe a real-time mode slapped on for those that want a quick action fix.

  • i know that this comment was well half a year ago. but it has both turn based and quick action and well i don't mind anyone of the modes, i think i'll enjoy and play the two modes when i get it. Not only the turn based because is like the original or not only the quick action because i'm not someone who thinks that stupidify rules over preparation.

  • This is gonna be so awesome, if done right! The rules simply must follow the official Blood Bowl rules at any time (LRB 5 atm). Key here is customizable rules/options, VERY customizable. Shouldn't be too hard ;o)
