@goreyrfc Bolts on rifles tend to be stiff, incase of a misfire when the bolt slips when loose. I fire a .22 Rifle at my Air Cadet Sqn, the bolts are very stiff. I have used the .303 British Rifle (Lee Enfield), also the bolt was extremely stiff. So that's why he was using so much force, hope this helped :)

Il Mauser K98k Marushin è bello solo da vedere; quanto a funzionamento è un dramma. L'elevatore viene espulso dalla sua sede e tende a far inceppare l'ultimo colpo. Si vede anche nel filmato. Se non lo si sistema a livello meccanico è inservibile come replica.

I think it's because you push the spring in when you push the bolt forward, which takes some force to do.

It didnt jam, it had already expelled the last round. The 98 mauser was designed to catch the bolt if you run out of ammunition so you knew you had to reload.

all airsoft operates by using compressed air. a spring gun works by compressing a spring attached to a piston head inside of a cylinder. when the spring is released, it compresses/ pushes the air out of the cylinder to fire the bb.
