  • nice but... it's almost as the engine don't have much on top end, it sounds like all the torque is made on the bottom.

  • yup - which is a characteristic of all large capacity v8's. No substitute for cubes and all that :) There's little to be gained revving this particular motor beyond 5500rpm

  • nah, not all. Chevy is known for that. Fords have its torque curve and hp going up until the red line. check out torque curves for small block ford and chevy on edelbrock site.

  • who needs a radio when you have the sound of an engine like that

  • almost as cool as Hennesy 1200 hp viper

  • thats no turbo, the sound is the induction noise off a 4 barrell holly carb feeding a chevy v8,think this car was approx 350 cu,approx 400 bhp,i maintained two ultimas for a track day company, one was 550bhp the other over 600 bho and massive torque figures, awesome speed!

  • that was an awesome run props to the car and your driving yeah and true danny that does sound like a small block NO turbo

  • spot on danny - but it was a Demon carb ;) You were right about the small block though - it was a 350ci with 402hp

  • sweet!

  • andresc586, I didn't hear any turbo what I heard was a GM motor. Anyway, that car is insane. in the good way :-)
