Four months later they sent a note saying they never got it and they were gonna send me to collection on july 7th..its the 25 now..nothing has happened (i took that as a threat). Suppostly i need to pay 310 dollars. Im not paying nothing. Ima go see what happened to the box i sent. THEYRE A SCAM!
Hey look around and see what cable was used. IF it is under 3 ghz swept then the installer needs turned in. Also. A ground is imparitive. If you do not have a ground that is not even in compliance with National Electrical Code. Sorry you have had a bad experiance.

Yep go with the mobile broadband card. If you don't live in a Broadband area right there is the way to go, just make sure you got free roaming on it, and unlimited data

He is old skool and by default, he thinks that WILDBLUE is a good fast service! The truth is that WILDBLUE & HUGHESNET are incredibly slow! Barely faster than dialup .... DO NOT GET SATELITTE INTERNET ! you have been warned....

Not to mention a 2 year contract because people wont renew their services with them. Opting out of the contract is like an 800 dollar fine. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE!
It's all true. Wild Blue sucks. Criminally. Crap equipment. Crap service. Incompetent installers. $95 repair visits that fix nothing. Inescapable 24 month contract. Once you sign, you are screwed. They hit your credit card monthly while failing to deliver. The only way out is to pay $30 per remaining month. It will cost me $540 to drop them, on top of unrecoverable install fee. Plenty of reports online by people whose credit cards were hit repeatedly by Wild Blue after termination.

Make sure you call customer service, to cancel the account. Taking the dish down, and unplugging the modem will not cancel your service or billing account.
Those transceivers (TRIA) are cheap Chinese pieces of garbage. The modem is very reliable, but that doesn't matter when the transceiver has a casing fault that lets water leak in it. Wild Blue makes allot of money on service calls, they don't have much incentive to fix the problem.
being a wildblue tech i have seen some customers never have a problem with there wildblue service. and if this customer would of gotten the extended warranty he would have to pay to replace that part
You are so lucky. I have had Wildblue for 6 months. It was great the first two months but the last four months I have ether had no service or limited service. I cant wait till my contract is up.

Yep go with the mobile broadband card. If you don't live in a Broadband area right there is the way to go, just make sure you got free roaming on it, and unlimited data
