The lag is cause by an overflow of memory use by trash bin,save folders, and other stuff, by deleting all the useless crap an upating your cpu regulary, you shoul experience no lag exept ever other occasion. Hope i helpe because i had a similar problem.

@chrisxd146 You cant delete stuff off of the cpu because the cpu doesnt hold memory, it just reads it. You have to delete stuff off of the hard drive.
