  • What plane is this

  • so what does ugly stick mean?

  • i never use my rudder on my trainer

  • @megertron

A dead stick can also mean any of the axis sticks have died, for example servo or radio failure on one or more control surface, but mainly a term used for the throttle stick when engine has cut out

  • my friend used to have one of these things. Note the fact that i say he USED to. he was flying it over a highway, and a transfer truck clipped the wing off it, and it hit the road nose first at around 25mph, and shredded it. amazingly, the back half and motor were salvageable, and he built another one with it. i lol'd for frickin days- called him the transfer truck maniac.

  • @megertron Dead stick is a term used by

rc pilots. its when the Plane Engine has

stopped running during flight, you have a

dead stick in your hands to control the plane

    and land it :) hehehe

  • do you think it was your clunk not getting the fuel when the engine stooped?

  • I have a question...

what are all the things you need to build a cheap nitro trainer plane. ive never flown one and i want to build one for around 350$ if i ever do im buying a cheap plane body cause i know im going to crash it the first flight ;)

  • Why not start with Foamie Electric planes. this way you will get trained well and crashes will be repairable. Nitro trainers. one crash and you are done.

  • same plane like me

I have a super tigre engine

  • Hey i got the same Plane but i got O.S Engine.

  • hi, nice flyin!! what engine is in the plane in this vid? im guessin its not the standard .40 that most trainers have?

  • It's .46 JBA Engine :D

  • i was about to say the trainer i have has a .46 evolution in it......it runs like a beast....extremly fast....well not that vast but it gets up there....just like yours does!

  • Your one hell of a RC Pilot mate... your Saves are Epic :-D

  • Thank you mate. It's just that right after starting with nitro planes, I practiced deadstick landings on Realflight G3.5 RC Simulator at home for almost 2 weeks everyday :D. Guess that was worth it. Nowadays I am practicing flying 3D Helis and doing stunts n 3D Flight. Cheers

  • o shit o shit LOL 1st time i hear u swearr :D

  • Oh That LOL yes I missed that part in editing. may be just because I can't cut it out of video as that's the part we must watch lol.

  • LOL. 3:11 engine goes p.s ot oh :L your funny :D

  • wasn't that some disaster mate? lol hehehehe.

  • haha thats the first time i heard u swear XD nice landings considering

  • LOL. but I enjoyed the dead stick landings. plus now the engine is getting the hang of it, and is properly set. last time I did not have any dead stick :)

  • nice deadsticks

  • thanks mate. This engine is driving me nuts nowadays. I have tried all the settings to tune it. but it still gives up. Guess what. I will throw it away and put a .61 JBA in this plane. Turn it the fastest trainer and can do all the hovering too :D

  • get an OS engine (whichever size you need) those things are very reliable!

  • well they r reliable but pretty expensive here. I can fix my .61 JBA on it. I have used that engine before. it's well tuned :D Cheers and thanks for advice mate :)

  • Where can i get a plane like this? Message me back and how much r they?

  • These planes are not so expensive. check with your local hobby shop or nearest online store. Ask them for Nitro RC Trainer. If you can't find it, I can arrange for you from China. But shipping will kill ya in that case. however they are not so hard to find and are cheaper. Engine and other electronics can cost you more.
