I've never seen a MRE's that was labeled glutten free, peanut oil free, etc. I suppose someone with food allergies would have to make a conscious effort to examine the food packages for allergens. Maybe someone in the military with food allergies can answer this question. I'm curious myself.

Yes, they do sell it in powdered form. I've even seen it in single servings too. Check your market again in the herbal tea section.

I've had this menu before, its actually pretty good, the chocolate drink tasted like shit though and mine came with lemon pound cake.

I never really liked many Gerber knives, more of a Cold Steel guy mehself. I've seen those Big Rock fixed blades everywhere now. Hope to see more videos in the future.
