  • Wow Rory! I have been wanting to make my own granola and your recipe looks so healthy and delicious! Hopefully I will be able to afford a dehydrator in the near future. I am so excited about making healtrhy foods for my daughter and myself. (Kale chips, potato chips, avocado fries, granola etc.!) Just started Kombucha as well. Love watching you and your mom together. Thanks for great videos!

  • looks great. How long should i dehydrate the nuts and the buckwheat for?

  • @ahernster Hey Ahernster! When I soak my nuts I usually do 'em for between 6-8 hours and 4-6 for the buckwheat. to reduce the enzyme inhibitors and get those life functions goin'! :0)

  • Is your mom trying to lose weight with the raw foods?

  • @xsliceofheavenx Hey xSliceOfHeavenx! That is one of my Mom's goals with raw foods, she has experienced many other benefits from it as well, including a major improvement in blood sugar issues, increased mobility and a chronic ulcer on her leg that she had for three years completely healed during her time with us! :0)

  • @xmantidx WOW!!! Im so happy for you and your mom!!! Im so glad she is better, Im on a raw fruit and veggies diet and I love it!! Its true that the raw diet gives you so much energy. Peace and love to your mom and you!!!

  • @xmantidx MAN im impressed! Ever heard of Dr Sebi???

  • great recipe..just wanna know do you have to soak the nuts...I mean really?

  • @alonealotta Hey Alonealotta! I'd say go by your gut on this one! I always saok my nuts and seeds when possible as I find I feel better after eating soaked ones than non-soaked ones! There are different camps out there on this issue and I say try both and see which aproach makes you feel best! :0)

  • Had a rough day. Mom's in the hospital. Father in law is in the hospital. A buck ran in front of our new car and totaled it but we are OK! and it is my 50th birthday - a memorable one to say the least. Sometimes life takes a dump on you. My family gave me a wonderful Birthday and I am so blessed and grateful. Before going to bed from this emotional exhausting confusing wonderful roller coaster day I am unwinding with my favorite YouTube sites Rawdawgrory included. Tapping into Utopia man. XO

  • Ummm...smells yummy! :) Happy New Year!

I eat raw all day an have one meal that is not because of the rest of the family my willpower is not 100% but I feel way different energy wise . I need less sleep an feel more aware . As a side note my dogs are eating better as well I have put them on a all raw diet an they race around like little puppys.
