  • just to let you know, your breathing technique is terrible. Your breathing and oxygen intake helps with the muscle build up and blood flow through the body, so that you make yourself sweat and get the workout you need for the results you want.

    to get a six pack you need to stretch and hold

    when you stretch you have to come back to so you can hold it

  • Has anyone paid and downloaded his six pack program? My goal is fat loss but still lift weights and build a strong muscular body. I'm a long way from sliming down to see abs and a six pack is not my first goal. Let me know what you think. I do like this guys videos and debating on buying his program. Thanks!

  • @MrPauly2010 U DONT NEED TO BUY A PROGRAMM REALLY SERIOUSLY WATCH SOME OF HIS VIDEOS ABOUT AB WORKOUTS AND SOME OTHR VIDOES OF OTHER TRAINERS SO GET A KNOWLEDGE OF ALL AB WORKOUTS THEN APPLY THEM AND ALSO SEARCH ON GOOGLE FOR 6 ABS WORKOUTS AND DIET PLAN SIMPLE

  • if you watch him he holds his breath as he contracts...thats incorrect you should inhale as you contract and exhale as you complete the exercise....dont get me wrong vince is in great shape and is an awsome coach but he lacks there....im doing personal training certrification and thats the first thing they teach

  • In all good fighting techniques you need to EXhale as you contract and INhale on the relax. Even if you get good training results from inhaling on the contraction it is a bad habit that makes you very vulnerable to damage in any situation. INhaling on the COtraction is what causes hernias and rips of the supporting muscles.

  • i do crunches but i onley have upper abs but not lower. how do i get lower abs??

  • crunches are one of the worst workout. However, if get some circular weights and put them on you chest and then do the crunch, it will be allot harder and will enlarge the abs instead of "shaping" them. Also do the same but for the side crunch.

    Type in google "most effective ab exercises". I would pick two (including the ones I said) and do three sets with 15 reps 3-4 times a week. BUT, every week, change ONE exercise and replace it with another. Add weight for the crunches if it gets too easy.

  • @Drumersoftballgirl7 try reverse crunches, ly flat on ur back (like a crunch) and bring in both kness to the chest, then raise them down. Repeat

  • Nope. You can have an awesome, rippling 6-pack, but if its hidden under a keg, you'll never see it. Even 1 inch of subcutaneous fat can completely obscure all your hard work. The #1 way to killer abs: do cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes, at least 3-4 times a week, and control your diet. There is no magic bullet, but my trick is every time you want to eat junk food, make yourself grab fruits or veggies instead. The fiber in them will make you feel full longer anyway. Good luck!

  • Like he says in the video, just losing fat is not going to give you a six pack. You need to do weight training. I used to be really skinny with my ribs showing but no six pack, so no, just losing fat is not going to give you a six pack.

  • He doesn't have abs because he's not in competition. He understands every aspect of getting a six pack, and workouts out and sticks to a strict diet that gets him killer abs about 2 months before a competition. That's why people take tips from him, because he goes from having "hidden" abs to shredded abs whenever he wants.

  • yea, if ur swinging then its cuz theres an imbalance which prob means ur using other muscles more than the abs ; )

  • leg raises are a bitch if u never done them befor once u get used to its better but the wood chop man thats a killer excersise

  • those ab crunches with the cable are amazing. i do em like once or twice a week and they work so good. i do like 4x25. great results

  • ok, just btw, losing 20 lbs in 3 weeks instgood, the safest and healthiesw way to lose wieght is 1 to 2 pounds a week, that way u wont have extra skin sagging from the rapid weight loss. if ur losing that much wieght, im assuming its just water wieght, and muscle wieghjs more than fat.

  • you can safely lose up to I think 20 pounds a week... while thats not the smartest thing to do, its still possible... and your right, about 50% of that may just be water weight... unless your like some people and drink a gallon a day
