If that's not enough to convince you, I don't know what is.....

If you look carefully at the last mission in MW3 there is a picture of krefchanko in the beginning of the last mission,not when your in the vehicle but before that when it's just captain price talking,it shows pictures of makarov and Shepard and security footage from the massacre at the air port in MW2 and then there is one pic of krefchanko

@Bladething269 IRL (damn that's fuckin nerdy...) slitting the throat is not a clean knife kill..the enemy will bite off a finger or two because of the hand over the mouth and blade lacerates the throat....it's really quite unpleasant to witness..which i havent....the real knife kill is a deep and fast gashing of the kidneys located in the T10-11 spinal region. the pain is so unbearable 90% they will immediately die from shock..the other 10% will die within a minute or so without any mobilization
