This song was meant to be about the FOrerunner Tank, a removed feature in Halo 2. Basically it was a massive tank that you drove over to the friendly littel covenant and made their wraiths and scarabs and everything explode with happiness.

Halo 2's flood pissed me off. Halo 1 flood, you could shoot thier arms and head off and laugh as you beat them to death. If you did that one Halo 2, they'd do a depressed walk, blow up,release a new infection form, which would then infect a dead body which would kill you with one hit from behind. Halo 2 flood, you weren't much fun...except for the fact that you could drive vehicles. That was pretty cool. Halo 3 flood...one whack and bam! Pile of guts!

halo 2: melee is like a normal attack but don't try it, i go through 2 whole clips for one flood form

halo 3: melee is your ultimate weapon against none shield combat forms and their fun to gun down

The Flood were pretty annoying in Halo 3, that was mostly due to those damned ranged forms or what have you. Miss the days when you could just use an Assault Rifle with 60 ROUNDS in the clip and a Shotgun with around 12 Shells loaded in it and you were sitting pretty.

I don't think Halo CE was gonna look anything like Halo Wars. I think I remember Bungie was debating whether or not to make Halo a FPS, or a Third Person Shooter. But nothing like Halo Wars.
