I have it as well but I've never had anyone think I was high. Just people think I stare at them when I'm not . There's an option on computers that give the computer mouse a trail so it makes it easier to find on the the screen.

I'm 18 turning 19 and I also have Aniridia. There is alot more people in the world with Anirida and then people probably think or might not even know about!

If you'd like to find other people with aniridia do a search on Facebook and Google to find the the US groups: Aniridia Foundation International and United Families of Aniridia.
