@Xxlucie0louXx Because unfortunately is the majority... Of course there are men that suffer abuse from their partners... And its equally sad and wrong... No person should have to go through something like that... Man or woman...
this song says it all about domestic abuse. Im 18 and ive only just started 2 listen 2 this song wen i was walkin the dog it had me in tears cos i can sympathise with this song
@Xxlucie0louXx It became "stereotypical" for a reason. Because it's more common. Men produce significantly more testosterone, which causes aggressive behavior. Men are more violent than women in general and that is a fact. It's insensitive to have posted that comment on this video. Occasionally, you are allowed to keep your mouth shut. You're an idiot. So please, kindly, stfu.
@Xxlucie0louXx so correct my uncle suffered years of abuse at the hands of my aunt.... he ended up with a brain hemohrage after years of her hitting him over the head, he never once laid a finger on her, sadly hes no longer with us
@carza27 The reason that most domestic violence survivors are portrayed as women is because the VAST majority of DV victims ARE female. So in that sense, songs such as this are 100% warranted. However, the societal construction of an "indesctructable male" means that violence initiated by women against men almost goes unnoticed. As a result, male victims are scared to come forward due to a fear of being labelled "weak" or somehow lacking in masculinity. Which is not a good thing.
@SciFiFangirlsFTW i was the guy who had to report the domestic abuse, How did you act it? we done an almost silent piece for framatic effect and the occasionaly scream to reflect violence and seemed to go quite well according to the audience (rest of class)
@SciFiFangirlsFTW only just started? i guess your doing the coarse slightly different to mine but thats a really good way to do it, ours was kinda miming. we done like the 3 night, first in still image second with acting and the third with acting again
sad song - real talk

I think the clue is:
'They say they can't interfere with domestic affairs between a man and his wife.'

@Xxlucie0louXx That is true except this song is to do with domestic violence against women, you can see this line- And as they walk out the door
The tears well up in her eyes....
You can see they say the tears well up in HER eyes...
