I liked alien syndrome! You stopped playing just before it got exciting. They use the first 5 levels as a warm-up, then it gets way better. You escape just as the ship explodes and then fight the mothership, which leads you to the alien homeworld. You also forgot to mention the amazing storyline.

The arcade version was pretty much the same thing, but it was really good and hard as crap!

And the fact the Wii version is not very good, is because this game to my opinion, was pretty much designed for the PSP, so a hand-held console.

I got this game as a birthday present from one of my friends. You're right about the multiplayer, but I spent most of my time playing this game alone. I played through somewhere around 30 or 40 levels. There are tons of levels to this game, and they are all the same. I wanted to see the end of the game, but since it was so painful to play, I gave up after so many hours of repetition.
