The easiest way I leveld up my one handed is at the start where u have to get out helgan an you get this guy and when you near the bear. That's when you can hit him with the sword to level up the one handed skill I did it on master cause he doesn't lose much health and you don't have to wait long for it to recharge. This is the same with block. And 2 handed weopons. But to get your sneak to 100 you use the grey beards in hyrothgaurd to do that.

Personally, i think the easiest way is to get the torture chamber in the Dark Brotherhood Santuary. Then you hit the victims a couple times and then use a spell to heal them. If you keep repeating this, it goes up very quickly

its easier to just hook urself up with 100% restoration cost reduction.. get healing hands.. find a high-level opponent..and hurt them and then heal them.... and if you have the restoration skill perk "Respite".. you can heal your own stamina when after doing a few dual wielded power attacks. (more damage gives more experience)

I believe i have found the fastest way to level up one handed. All you need is the horse 'shadowmere' (from Dark Brotherhood Questline) and the shout called 'elemental fury' and any item which reduces shout time. Than put your difficulty to master, equip a weak dagger in both hands, than slash at the horse constantly, as its hp will basically not go down due to the horse having an incredibly regen rate, and use elemenyal fury whenever u can to hit like 5x faster. Got from lvl 90-100 in 10 mins.

And also, from 90-100 in 10 mins is incredibly fast since the one handed skill is technically takes the longest to level up for the amount its used. And also it's why you have one medium sword left hand, and one weak dagger in right.

A much easier way to level up your archery, one handed, two handed or magicka is to join the dark brotherhood. after one of the quests i believe you will get a horse named shadowmere. this horses health regenerates so you can hit it as much as you want and take 3 second breaks for his health to regenerate plus the horse wont attack you so it doesnt matter.

You can get Shadowmere from the dark brotherhood or buy a horse for 1000 gold, switch the game difficulty onto master (more hp for the horses) and beat the shit out of them with a 1 or 2 handed sword, archery, destruction spells and heal them all at the same time with a restoration spell ( can also wait 1 hour to heal them). You just killed 5 birds with one stone.

easy way to get it up to 75, and this works for most skills, find the trainer that trains the skill (in this case Athis from the companions) and is also a follower (he becomes a follower after the companion questline) and have them follow you. then when you pay them to train, the gold goes into their inventory, so when you ask them to trade with you you can just take it all bad. some people this works with is the elf in rivwood for archery, and most of the companions.thumbs up so more ppl c this

I know at least a couple of bosses are. I ran in to Krosis at level 12 and he was still a high level dragon priest.
