The changing of the tape he is referring to is the one shown after it cuts back to video.
This means he cut the rest of the time out. Alex laid down without being very visible to the camera, probably got back up near time, waited for the time, and changed the tape. Assuming the camera stayed pointed at the door, Slendy didn't re-enter, as J would (assuming he is reliable) have included it, so the bleeding was the result of the encounter.

That was at the end of the tape. He was waiting until he had used up the last of the free space on the tape. Thats why he was alwaya changing it at a certain time. So in short, the bloody part is the same tape as the dark room.

Also, MarbleHornets is fake anyway, so there'll be some inconsistencies as with anything. This, however, was not one of them.
Taking aside that this is fiction, here is why your speculation is wrong.
Alex constantly monitored and taped himself. That is why J could tell that it took place 32 minutes later - - there was 32 minutes of the door on the tape, before transitioning to Alex's face.
I don't understand what everyone's problem is. You can analyze a work of fiction and catch fictional characters in lies in the same way you can catch real lies. It may very well be that J is written to be a liar, and it is up to the viewer to discover this. This is what the author is trying to do, he is accepting the fictional world, and analyzing it to get a better understanding on the events of the plot.
The part with the blood on his face is not the beginning of the new tape. It's the end of the old one. "32 minutes pass before he changes it," and then he shows him changing it.

Do you not realize the wording? 32 mins pass --->BEFORE<--- he changes the tape. Meaning this was at the very end of the tape. And the alarm goes off to signify the changing of tapes.
It's obvious that Alex is timing when each tape ends so that he can put a new one in immediately afterward, thus ensuring that he's filmed at all times. Bloodied Alex is at the end of the same tape used to record Slender Man sneaking into his room.

Well he has no idea because he says he doesn't remember anything that happened during the 7 months that these videos were conducted. I mean, everybody obviously knows this is fiction, and this isn't a professional movie or anything. It's just a guy having some fun with his camera. Notice they don't have any jobs to go to, or any parents? Just the friends they hang with. You're definitely going to find a mistake or two in this.

Okay bro, look at the facts. 1. This is fiction. 2. When J says "32 minutes pass on the tape before Alex changes it", it means that nothing significant happened during those 32 minutes until Alex was covered in blood. 3. The reason why Alex looks at the time before changing the tapes is because he keeps track of the time limit on the tapes! It's part of the story so get over yourself and stop trying to debunk a fictional series.

He said it in the intro. Anyway.... there's no point in proving the video fake, we all know it is. The point of the series is to be scary and interesting.

First of all, it's not real. lol.
Second of all, Marble Hornets was saying that AFTER Alex closed the door, the tape ran for about 32 minutes (which Marble Hornets would know, seeing as how he watched the tape, and would probably own a clock).
Marble Hornets apparently saw nothing important in those 32 minutes, so he played only the END of the tape, when Alex changes the tapes.
But, this is all fiction, and fake blood is fake, so calm down. There's no point in "busting" fiction.

Like, first one stops as a shot of Alex at a desk, second one starts as the exact same shot of Alex at the desk.

True there isnt a way to tell how much time passes unless J makes a point to time the blank spot and he never did say that the tape was changed before the ending clip, just that it was changed. Still it's clever of you to realize that Alex was setting alarms to change the tapes when you only see it happen twice. And it's true that despite being the narrator J might not be written as an honest character, for all we know he could be working for slender man or slender man himself

Go back to elementary school and re-learn to read and you will see that J said "32 minutes passed BEFORE(not after dumb ass) Alex changes the tape" That means 32 minutes went by that J edited out so we dint watch Alex sleep THEN ALEX WAKES UP AND CHANGES THE TAPE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. Also you say J could not tell that 32 minutes passed. Last time i checked when you record all day things take place in real time. Which is the same as outside time DUMB ASS.

One, this is fake, two, if you're actually paying any attention, he DOESN'T change the tape twice. He's simply cutting out thirty two minutes of blank tape before the short clip that happens BEFORE he changes the tape.... ONCE.
These guys are actually pretty good at keeping plot holes out of this, before you start trying to poke at them, try taking some comprehension lessons.

Dude listen, this is just a fake story-line. Also, during the story-line, Alex wanted to keep the camera rolling so he could determine when the tapes were gonna finish. If he didn't do this, the tapes would run outta time and any events happening wouldn't be recorded. Last, J said that Alex changed the tape because he saw that he was in his room and wearing the same stuff and features. So if you're gonna call something out, get the facts straight and do some critical thinking bro.

I'm impressed how you deduced this. However, Jay said "32 minutes pass on the tape before Alex changes it." This would mean that, no, Alex did not change the tape after 32 minutes just for a few moments, but at the end of 32 minutes he changes the tape. This happened at the end of those 32 minutes.
Also, MarbleHornets is fake anyway, so there'll be some inconsistencies as with anything. This, however, was not one of them.

Taking aside that this is fiction, here is why your speculation is wrong.
Alex constantly monitored and taped himself. That is why J could tell that it took place 32 minutes later - - there was 32 minutes of the door on the tape, before transitioning to Alex's face.

I don't understand what everyone's problem is. You can analyze a work of fiction and catch fictional characters in lies in the same way you can catch real lies. It may very well be that J is written to be a liar, and it is up to the viewer to discover this. This is what the author is trying to do, he is accepting the fictional world, and analyzing it to get a better understanding on the events of the plot.
