I brush once a day for about ten minutes and I usually go fast/hard enough to where I work up a light sweat. I use Arm & Hammer Advance White Brilliant Sparkle Gel and an All-Pro soft-bristle toothbrush from CVS.

End result: I haven't had any dental issues whatsoever for well over a decade now and I'm almost 40.
