thats because the frame rate of the camera is capturing the blades at certain points only. Just like in movie when you see the rims of car wheels and they look like they are spinning backwards. When ever the camera snaps a frame the blades have gone around many times. if the camera had a slow shutter speed the it would look very blurred.
