  • Incredible !

  • 40 years ago this technology cost millions now kids can make them ^__-

  • someday kids will make processors.

  • They could already, we had to do a verrrry primitive 4-bit CPU schema for one of our classes, but it will be so much behind cheap, modern CPUs that it will never be really worth it.

  • What happens to the cubes when they run out of juice or are no longer needed? do they burn up in the atomosphere or remain in space as 'space junk'?

  • The orbits will eventually destabilize and the satellites will burn up in the atmosphere, just like "real" satellites.

  • And the cubes shall only get smaller ;)

  • Thanks for copying the swisscube satellite program.

  • sweeeet. that kind of service would be a lot cheaper than Celestis. plus you could rig it to transmit your favorite song indefinitely.

  • You could rick roll earth and space for the rest of eternity!

  • Lol.

  • Did he just say you can Fedex things to orbit

  • Oh jesus, thats where my mother's day card went

  • i have a question can they make a model of a smaller sattelite that they have of even the hubble telescope with the same power as the big satellites? just wondering =)

  • Not really. The power of the telescope is based on the size of the mirror which collects the light. The mirrors of Hubble weigh 1,825 lb (828 kg) and are 94.5 in (2.4 m) in diameter.

  • ohhhhhhh wow i wish i was a scientist and make gadgets like that and invent a real time machine instead of pretending lol ;) thats sooooo wow

  • Excellent, that's such an ingenious idea. How easy would it be to track in a Geostationary Orbit due to it's size?
