Indian trains need to be long with many coaches not just fast and very short like the TGV.

The simple fact is, an Indian train will NEVER, EVER go as fast as the TGV in normal service.

Another simple fact, a French train will NEVER NEVER be able to haul 24 coaches with a single locomotive at 140 kmph!

The train passes the camera at 138 km/h (86 mph)
The train is blast its horn right when it passes and you can see the speed by measuring the doppler shift

assuming a car is < 50 foot long, < 2 cars passed every second, the train's speed is < 50*.3*2 m/s = 30 m/s = 30 * 3.6 kmph = 108 kmph. The TGV can go upto 600 kmph.

No it can't. It's top speed has been around 574.8 kph.
