Have you had any problems at all with your 300s? Ive had mine for about 2 months now and just recently started having an issue with it. When you fire the shutter, it doesnt record image to card. This has been an itermittant problem that doesnt happen all the time but enough to really aggravate me....especially at 1800 bucks.
Any advice someone might have would be great. The camera is now on its way to NIKON for repair
Do you encode your videos with H264 or does it compress the video files for you? If not, what best encoding have you found for such "large" files (I know, people are screaming 1080p, but still, 720 is large)
