Are they scientists as the concept of people who "discover" new stuff through experimentation and create new "theories" and "laws" or are they extraterrestrial beings (or not beings but parts of the higher self (or "souls" with its spirit) outside our planet) who have chosen to incarnate on earth and who could but do not necessarily study science and do research, but just live here??

An enlightened being has complete control of their mind and emotions - to use them as they feel is correct and beneficial for all life.

There is an old belief taught in some traditions that the physical body must be left for a person to ascend. However, it is my experience and the experience of many teachers that ascension happens in the body.

The body is transformed into a body of life. Dense matter is already light. Yet our mind believes it to be solid. When a person is able to realize that we are light and bring the physical body to a state of living on light or as light, then ascension is possible.

Spiritual enlightenment is the process where a person realizes that he/she is Consciousness. In this experience, the individual consciousness in the body is returned to the Universal Consciousness. The body is not transformed during the enlightenment process.

Most of us unconsciously choose to "channel our lower mind or ego personality" all the time. We errorringly think that we are this personality - all the beliefs, ideas, judgements, etc.

However when we realize that we are Consciousness, we "wake up". In time we gain mastery over the unconscious parts of our experience and can consciously create our experience.

The Higher Self is a choice made in consciousness. Whereas the lower mind is an unconscious choice.

I am "being my higher self" in these videos. Let me explain.

When we speak from our lower mind / human personality, the area of our brain that gets energetically activated is the forehead area.

However, we I channel the Higher Self, my Heart and my Crown get activated.

I can distinctly feel these areas of my body get more energized. I am speaking from these locations.

Also the emotion of the communication (Higher Self vs lower self)the entire energy field of our body changes.

I know myself as Consciousness. So when I speak or rather express myself I can choose to express from my lower mind or my Higher Mind. The difference is the content and energy of the message. The message never changes the reality of myself as Consciousness / Spirit.

So in effect, I am channelling the lower mind or the Higher Mind. And neither one change who I am. Yes my expression and experience of life changes, but the core of me (as Consciousness) never does.

At any time, I can choose from which energeti centers to speak. It is as easy as switching an internal switch. My intent changes the "electrical wiring" and I now feel Love and speak from the Higher Self.

I am able to do this so freely because I am not identified with the lower mind or the Higher Mind. These are both temporary expressions occurring with my permanent Self. So I am not identified with either one.

We are the Consciousness and we can choose how to experience ourselves.

Most channels go either unconscious or out of body when channelling. They chose to bring in another spirit or being into their body. The other being then speaks through them.

This is not how I channel. The Higher Self is the greater consciousness within each one of us. Some call it the Christ Consciousness or Divine One Within. I am able to connect to the Higher Self within and...

When we can connect with our own Divine Self, we can begin to dissolve our ego and embody more of who we really are - the Love, Light, Peace, and Oneness.
