Guys I've found a solution!! (: I don't know for sure if it would work for you guys but I got this tip off of an apple forum on Bluetooth problems for iPhone/iPod Touch 4 iOS 5, and what you have to do is
1st. turn on your Bluetooth and keep it on even if it goes off as long as it says "On you're fine.
2nd.you would want to turn on "Airplane Mode" and then immediately turn it off then your Bluetooth should come back on
I'm not saying this will work for sure but it worked fine with my iPod T
@dgzjbguyga i've still haven't found a solution at hand. I've allready submitted the bug but still no response. - Share this video as much as possible. We might can come up with an solution all together.

same here with iphone 4s....
bluetooth icon goes away after leaving the settings...
cant find, connect or pair with ANY bluetooth devices.... still stuck in "searching"

I have the same problem 5,0,1 A restore via iTunes does not resolve the problem if only i did not update thanks apple for takeing all my money
